I’m doing PJf’s “FAT DONT FLY” program right now and have 1 month left to do. Should I add the flight club workouts into this or just wait until I'm done with PJFs program and start from the beginning of the flight club? (I also did PJF’s 3 month vert code bodyweight program and added 5+ inches on my vert)
